The class began with an interesting question of what a transmitter is. Miss Berlinda later went round and asked everyone their purpose of studying broadcast journalism, which yielded fascinating responses.

The class discussed about new media being a want or a need. Dulcie Boateng was also used as a case study at some point of the class.
